Artist Alan Austin

Alan has painted for almost as long as he can remember. He was introduced to art as a child by his Grandfather who was a very accomplished artist. Always wishing to improve Alan is also a graduate of Riverside Art College, Stockton on Tees. His work is produced in Acrylic, Gouache, Oil, Pastels, Pencil/Charcoal Sketches, and Watercolours. Of these mediums Alan prefers the fluidity of Oil, but also loves the brilliance, durability, versatility, and convenience of Acrylic.

Alan paints a large variety of subjects but his natural flair for producing superb portraits has earned him contracts from all over the country. His other passion is aviation subjects but you will see numerous different subjects and styles from this Artist.
