Artist Amy Woods

I have created art ever since I can remember and always enjoyed it thanks to the support and positivity of my teachers in both primary and secondary school. Having gained A* at GCSE and A level and won a few academic competitions I went on to do a degree in English Studies and Fine Art at the University of Chichester. During my time there I mixed with many different artists, sharing ideas and techniques. Building up layers on my canvas to add depth, texture and intrigue, I also manipulate thick paint and pastes using handmade piping bags. Having done some commissions for close friends it is time to put my art online! It is an eclectic collection of paintings that are pleasing to the eye. Each painting is one of a kind and provided with a certificate of authenticity
