Artist Anika Vara

I am a self taught artist, since childhood I have had a real passion for art always drawing and painting something. I believe that abstract art and impressionism is a great art form as it allows individuals to express their emotions and share it with the people around them. I like experimenting with different media but generally use charcoal, pencil, pastels, watercolour and acrylic paints. Painting beaches, sunsets, and nature is something I really enjoy along with portraits. I try to draw and paint a variety of things rather than making all my work look similar. Throughout the years I have been requested by some individuals to produce artwork, for their homes or for them to gift to their close family and friends. I have decided to share my artwork online for the public to see and buy, I hope that you enjoy my work.
