Artist Anthony Forrest

Though I did not pursue a higher education in Art, instead working to A-level, I have been passionate about art from a very early age. I picked up my brushes a few years ago as a means of relaxation and found that I could utilise the internet to sell my work on auction type websites. This, however, meant I was obliged to paint a commercialy driven image and had to accept a price which may not even cover the cost of producing and listing the painting. I now paint on commission (landscapes, family pets, sporting heroes etc) and would like to use ArtGallery.co.uk to market the work I really want to produce. This, I feel, is when I am at my best and where I hope that any potential buyer will get best value from their purchase.
