I was born in Cambridge and spent my childhood in the fen village Cottenham. I studied art and design in further education but it was only in the last 10 years that I decided to explore my interest in modern forms of art. I love vivid, rich colours and really enjoy experimenting with different textures and styles to create truly unique pieces. I really wanted to produce images that I would like to have on my walls, both inside and out, something which would be the focus and an extension of my experiences. My work is generally quite abstract but I also take pleasure in reproducing the natural environment but with my own slight twist. I have exhibited many times in Cambridge in galleries and Open Studios.
