Artist Carole Olpin

I feel very privileged to have had the opportunity over the last couple of years to get in touch with my creative side. I was given some pastels and a pad for Christmas 2010 and started on my journey, a total novice to this new world I've been lucky enough to be a partner in an Art, Photography & framing gallery. I've tried all the different mediums including encaustic wax which has to be one of the hardest mediums I have worked with. My latest indulgence is oil paint, love it, but there have been a few mishaps along the way...One can sometimes over egg the pudding as it were and ruin it. Still we learn by our mistakes and I'm loving every minute of my art adventure. I hope you enjoy my work too.
