Graduated in photography at the University of Plymouth (BA Hons), Chris currently lives in Brighton, specialising in night photography. "The principle aim of my work is to look at the ethereal way in which darkness transforms the landscape, installing sentiments of fear and unease. I have developed my methodologies into an investigation of the way that different locations react to the coming of night. I predominantly photograph rural and coastal areas, looking at how we encounter and deal with these spaces as darkness falls."
