I have been involved with the Arts since the 80s, from runnning a Community Arts Centre to working with a puppet company, from putting on Pantos with Young Offenders, to providing arts activities in deprived areas of the North East. My Degree is in Creative Arts, and I have always pushed my skills into new fields, from Textiles to Processional Structures.
I have lately returned to my roots and my first love and have begun producing 2D visual work again. I love the fluid surprises of watercolour and the subtle excitement of graphite. I feel the experiences of a long and eventful life have given me a lot of stories to tell.
