 Ever since I have been a child I have been interested in art but it was only when I started my GCSE Art & Design course that I knew I wanted to pursue the subject as a career. I have just received my A Level qualifications (including one in Art & Design), and now I am on a gap year, but will be returning to my education at Northampton University in Sept 09 on a Popular Music and Fine Art joint honors course.
I first started selling my artwork to friends and family in mid 2007, and then began to sell a couple of pieces on Ebay. Since then, I have received quite a few commissions, which has included album work for a doom metal band named Austerymn. I am hoping to set up stalls at a few festivals and events next year to sell some more of my work.
Most of my work fits into the category of 'dark fantasy', although I do produce commissions upon request. I am mainly influenced by nature, history and folklore and my own personal experiences as well as literature, music and other artists work.
