 I currently live in Caithness in the Highlands of Scotland. Before I starting concentrating on my art seriously my career was a Business Services Manager.
I am a self taught artist, I mostly draw and paint Fantasy, surreal and imaginative artwork but don't be surprised if you occasionally see something outside this media as I am still flexing the paint brush as you might say, as I currently creating more realist work.
I previously worked in charcoals and inks and then progressed to Conte chalks and finally 2007 I started oil painting. You will find in most of my oil paintings a white edging border helping to give a clean crisp finished look.
As a result I haven't stopped, I have displayed my work in various exhibitions and local crafts shop. I am currently expanding my medium to produce more work in other mediums e.g. Gouache, Acrylics and chalk I will also be enhancing my progress of life art which I particularly enjoy.
I am enjoying the journey so far and seeing where it takes me. Hope you enjoy my work and find as much enjoyment as I did in drawing/painting them.
