Artist Deidre Cooper

Having moved here from South Africa in 2003 I found myself with a lot of spare time on my hands and so took the opportunity to start painting again. For me, painting is a way in which I can heal my soul...it inspires me to be a better person and to always try my best at everything I do. I consider myself a spiritual person and when I have a paint brush in my hand, the world disappears and my soul soars. I love painting and expressing my emotions with color. Although I did art at school, I really consider myself a self taught artist and I am not influenced by what is considered to be the 'wrong' or 'right' way of design aspects. I love what I do and if you do too, my artistic dream comes true. Thank you for looking.
