I am a completely self taught artist with no formal training what-so-ever.I was always good at drawing when I was at school but was never encouraged to pursue
art as a career.I did in fact become an electrician, which I hated. It was only in 1994 when my wife bought me a set of artists materials for my birthday, that I began to paint seriously.I cover a wide range of subjects in various mediums, my favoured medium at the moment being acrylics, my favourite subject at the moment, portraits.I mainly paints from photographs. I believe I have a unique style because I learned my craft through trial and error, my only outside influence comes from studying the paintings of the great masters. As well as sell my art I would be very happy to accept commissions on most subjects.
