I was born and educated in Dundee where I grew up in a large family. I was interested in Art from an early age, often sketching and drawing on weekends spent in the Glens in Scotland, owing to my father being a keen Mountaineer.
I am a self taught artist but decided to pursue a more academic approach to my art.
As a result I gained an HND in Illustration and Graphic Design at Dundee College and went on to attend Gray's School of Art in Aberdeen where he received a BA (Hons)in Fine Art (Printmaking).
In the past, I mainly concentrated showing my works at exhibitions such as Aberdeen Artists and the RSA. However, in the last year, I began to pursue having my work exhibited in galleries and online.
I work with a wide variety of media, and is influenced largely from artists such as Picasso and Matisse to Warhol and Schnabel.
At present, I am taking on new challenges and commissions are always welcome.
