I have studied art intensively throughout my education, culminating in a degree in Illustration from the University of Lincoln in June this year. During the past year I have also taken part in numerous exhibitions in Lincoln and London, where I have sold work and recieved a lot of interest.
Currently I am working towards a career in historical and archaeological illustration, whilst continuing to produce my own artwork on the side.
My work could be categorised into two main areas, realism and abstract. My latest realism work focuses on the human form, and takes much inspiration from classical dance to produce works in a variety of media, but mainly pencil and watercolour.
In my abstract work I am interested in experimenting with optical illusions, to produce bold, arresting pieces in acrylic, on canvas or board.
