Artist Faye Dean

Faye has recently graduated from Derby University, where she studied Illustration. Throughout her time at University she developed her own personal style. Being strongly influenced by the human form and the natural environment around her, this has resulted in a distinctive series of paintings. Working on a large scale and using bright Acrylic paint is Faye’s favourite way of expressing herself. This gives her work an individual ambience. Her paintings are expressive and bold. She enjoys creating pictures that evoke thought and feeling; through her brushstrokes you get a sense of the passion and emotion that have inspired her work.
