Following a degree in Fine Art from the Ruskin School of Drawing and Fine Art, Oxford University, I moved to London where I have spent the last 10 years combining work as a designer with my artistic practice.
Combining a modern sense of beauty with the traditional still life subjects, my work is inspired by images found in glossy interior and lifestyle magazines and also by time spent travelling in South East Asia. I paint directly from found images, building up elements from different sources to create a new sense of reality.
I have exhibited widely, taking part in shows in London, Oxford and New York. My work has appeared in several publications and in both a TV commercial and on the set of Hollyoaks.
