Artist Fiona Ford

I was born in Wiltshire and moved to Dorset after getting married. I have developed my interest in the arts and craft with my time with the Girl Guide Association, both as a Guide and as an adult Guider. I have fairly recently been drawn to painting and took my first monthly class in 2003. I have used watercolours, oils and acrylics, but prefer oils. I love the Bob Ross method of wet on wet oil painting as it’s more forgiving than other mediums. I have also recently started exhibiting my work and have sold pieces at my home village yearly art exhibition.
