 Graduating in professional Media in 2001 I had already exhibited locally in Cheltenham. Exhibiting in local shops and cafes I worked on a series of montages using hundreds of images to create a final piece, I have always been interested in screen & music icons including Marilyn Monroe, Bob Marley, Steve McQueen so I have based a lot of my work on this style of pop art. I have been working as a graphic designer / web designer for many years . Recently, I have been concentrating more time in ink drawing and digital painting as this is where I enjoy making Art.
Most of my popular work is hand drawn in ink or a photograph I have taken, and then scanned into Photoshop and worked on as a piece of art, painting with digital brushes. I also teach the programme to adults and children, and I feel I have worked out a good technique to finish my work in this fantastic image manipulation program.
