Artist Gill Michael

I am a self taught artist and have been painting for 19 years. Originally I worked with watercolour only, I liked the looseness, transparency and clarity it can give to paintings. However during the summer of 2010 I moved onto, or "discovered" oils and pastels, and found that they give an extra dimension and depth to my work. I have exhibited my work and recently won Best in Category for one of my Pastel Misty Views scenes.
