I have had no formal training as an artist and generally paint things that move me or inspire me, things I would be proud to display in my own home. I enjoy the relaxation painting offers me and the satisfaction when I can look at a peice of work and think 'I did that'. Contrast of colour and light and shade is very dominant in my works as well as bold lines and edges.
