Artist Helen Sexton

Helen's background as an illustrator and greeting card artist has promoted a very graphic, eye-catching style of painting with a stunning use of colour, design and detail. She has a degree in Art, Drama, Film and Television and uses this background and experience in her work, often using film cells as the inspiration for many of her paintings. She is well known for her 'Pop Art' style work and her inspiration is derived from a wide variety of sources, from stars of the silver screen and music legends to symbols and images that define a generation or culture.
