Thanks for visiting. I am a landscape and figurative artist working almost exclusively in oils - on board or canvas - using light, texture and colour to create different moods. I live in the Grampian Highlands where dramatic wide skies and quality of light inspire much of my work.
I studied Painting and Drawing at Edinburgh School of Art and have worked in a variety of media, including theatre and design as well as tourism, alongside painting. I have held regular exhibitions - both mixed and one person shows at home and abroad and have work in public and private collections. I also run a small Gallery selling original paintings, prints and cards.
