Artist Judy Lusted

Judy has a BA Hons in Fine Art and an MA in Contemporary Visual Arts from Falmouth College of Arts and has studied painting and drawing with Clive Garland, Roy Oxlade and John Clarke. Judy was made a memeber of "the St Ives Society of Artists"in 2008 and regularily exhibits in St Ives. Judy's background is in sculpture and drawing from life has enabled her to develop a unique style. Drawing from memories stimulating her imagination, she embarks on a journey of spontaneous mark making. The artist said "working spontaneously provides raw exciting imagery. From the initial source, I make choices and decisions on how the work is to evolve based upon my knowledge and experience". Judy has been active in promoting spontaneous mark making, working collaboratively with hospitals, schools and the general public.
