I`ve been living in U.K. for the past nine years. Five of them I spend in a such a vibrant place like London were I`ve experienced the dynamic atmosphere of the city life and all the different cultures from around the world.That was a great influence towards my future career as an artist.Later I’ve moved up north in Altrincham near Manchester were I found more peaceful yet close to the city life.My art work is mainly inspired by the changeable moods of the skies, sea coasts, nature and on the other side the modern urban surroundings affected through my inner point of view.It`s stirs my imagination between peace, serenity and drama. I like to use the contrast between lights and dark colours so they can bring that special effect of contradictions, we do have in a moments of life as an emotional experience. My passion to be an artist came from an early age while I was encouraged by my grandfather who was a scluptor and also my father who is a famous artist illustrator in my homeland Bulgaria.They supportive and very professional advice was a great help through my years of study in Art College where I gain a degree as a specialist in art illumination. The ability to play with lights and shadows that I’ve learned from the my art degree, gave me an inspirational idea of how to transform it into my paintings. I use mixed media and this is my way out of conventions to experiment with a different techniques and materials that includes; acrylic, oil and metallic colors, wax and air brush on aluminum and canvas.Most of my painting are based on impressionism and abstract style. My believe in a beautiful peace of art created through personal thoughts, emotional expression and life experience is the most rewarding thing for an artist. The human nature affected by different surroundings can visualize amazing moments of mind captured by the eye absorbed through creative spirit of beauty and spirituality. We live life full of lights and dark colours.A moon light over water. The amazing drama of sunsets and the sunrise. The urban city lights. We get touched and moved by all those colours.As same as we do have them in our inner human nature. Most of my paintings were sold to private clients and art collectors.I always like to improvise with my art techniques as every single day I found new ideas to create something unique,beautiful and special.My art is a very personal and passionate way to express myself.So,I really do hope you will enjoy my paintings.
