I have been creating Art for many years; I adore the creative process. At the moment I am working on a body of paintings, using colour and simplicity of form to create free and yet dynamic paintings of a rustic nature.
The paintings are all framed Oil paintings of still life with the occasional seascape. I have painted still life paintings because one can study and look intently at the objects as they do not move but through paint unlike photography one can create texture and form in the work. My desire is to create Art work that will enhance peoples living space and could be described as kitchen art.
I am also currently working on watercolour work in a very free and loose manner working wet into wet and allowing the beauty of watercolour paint to create very pleasing paintings all sold mounted and ready for framing.
