Artist Karla Burton

Karla Burton has studied Art and Design, both in foundation and degree level...it has been quite a few years since she have picked a paint brush and felt truly inspired to start creating again. She has started with just a few simple pieces. Karla lives in the beautiful Cotswold's with her husband and two young children and feels privileged to have grown up and lived in such a beautiful part of the world as she finds a lot of inspiration in her surroundings and day to day life experiences. Karla generally prefers the use of acrylics for painting, but has also discovered real enjoyment by creating large pieces using paper pulp and sculpting the medium into a two dimensional picture.
