 Kathryn McCone Usher graduated from the University of Ulster in Belfast with an HND in graphic design in 1994. She later graduated from Upper Bann Institute in Lurgan with an HND in photography.
She is a self taught oil painter. She has a passion for sacred and ancient landscapes. Her Pagan spirituality and love of nature are strong influences in her work, they run through her work like blood runs through her veins.
She believes that art is not simply something she does, it is part of what she is.
Kathryn is originally from Northern Ireland but now lives and works in the beautiful Roman city of Bath in the U.K.
