I have studied at O and A level and have completed courses in life drawing, textiles, photography, makeup for theatre, sculpture, ceramics, interior decoration and even nail art. Materials and methods I have favoured include pastels, dyes and wax, fabric paints, acrylic paint, ceramics, glass etc. I enjoy portraits and abstract design, sometimes based on natural life. One of my pieces is an interior table which I have painted and varnished and has a spiritual/religious feel to it even though this was not intended. It is painted in mosaic style using purple to red tones only. My work is very experimental, hardly ever planned and usually i am inspired by either desparation or happiness so represents a range of emotions and influences.
