 Mark graduated in the early 90’s with a 2:1 BA Hons in Industrial Design. His design work was all consuming for the first decade of his professional life. It wasn’t until his daughter was born in 2001 that he picked up his design toolkit and began to paint for pleasure…
..since then his design work has become a hobby, his passion is to paint and he now paints full time. In fact all of the time – he simply cannot stop!
Mark finds beauty and elegance everywhere he looks and once a “story” has clicked in his mind’s eye, very little will prevent that from appearing in oil on his canvas.
Sensual and elegant beauty is what Mark paints, he wants you, dear viewer, to become more than a mere voyeur, he wants you to feel the sun, smell the perfume, hear the river and above all set your heart free!
