 After leaving Gt. Yarmouth Art College I’ve pursued various careers, from conservation management to financial consultancy, from doorman to religious education teacher. From time to time I’ve returned to my first love and set up the easel; whether watercolours of birds or landscapes in oils. Over the years I’ve spent periods painting to make a living, but always aiming for what I thought would sell. The experience usually left me unmotivated and cynical. Well I now have the grand title of Director of Philosophy and Ethics in a high school and I’ve rediscovered the self-indulgent pleasure of producing art that I love. Apparently others seem to like what I’m producing so I’m offering prints for sale.
