Hi there , im mark 40 years old and i live in skegness , a seaside resort on the east coast , and have been painting for about twenty years although on a hobby basis .. entirely self taught , i was inspired to drawing / painting while i was still at school , i started with watercolour and then moved on to use oils , i found this better to use to get the best effect using each colour to its best colour shade possible .. i also enjoy working to detail and obviously enjoying what you do is what it is all about . I always paint that is of interest to me , often local , this being lincolnshire a rural county it probably has a bit of everything from a modern university to lincolshires historic past .. i also love painting subjects relating to motorsport including formular 1 , working to detail and adding a sense of realism to my artworks ... of the many paintings i have completed , i only have a few for sale at the moment but i hope to expand on this in time ,.. thanks for viewing my artworks and i hope you like what you see ..
