I began my career in 2007 when my daughters inspired me to put a picture in the Art in Woodstock 07 competition (my local town). I was Commended for ‘A Place to Stay’ and have since exhibited at the Modern Art Oxford open exhibition.
My materials are soft pastels and fingers. Using rich colours, dynamic rhythms, and bold simple forms, I take an original look at classic subjects.
I love the drama I see in our own light, landscape and buildings. I want my pictures to inspire the same love and pride in others.
