Artist Melanie Hemmings

Mel trained in Theatre Design at the prestigious Wimbledon School of Art. Since then she has enjoyed creating bespoke artwork for clients across the UK, as well as being involved in various creative children's projects. Employing a wide range of styles - from classical life drawing to bold, colourful abstracts - Mel works out of a deep appreciation of nature and people, and of life in all its fullness. To date her work has included theatre design for schools, special needs and residential projects with children, and her artwork has been seen in homes, universities, offices, joint and solo exhibitions across the country.
