I'm a part-time lecturer in psychology, and am building my career as a portrait artist. I think life-drawing is an important part of the study of drawing accurately, and studying shape and form. The experience helps in general art of any kind. My work is mostly portraits and some nudes, with the occasional still-life, landscape, and surreal.
I'm happy to take on commissions for portraits, from photographs if the subject cannot come to sit, and also ancestor portraits from photographs, if they're in good enough condition to see the features.
