I was born in Bangladesh. I did foundation course of art at Fine Art Institute, Dhaka University and bachelor of fine arts major in Oil Painting at China Academy of Fine Arts and also educated in Japan and UK. Now I am living in Coleford, Gloucestershire and teaching art at the Royal Forest of Dean College.
I paint mainly in oils but also in mixed media, watercolours and pen & ink. My work has been shown in China, Bangladesh, Japan and the UK, and my paintings are in collections in these countries and also in Austria, Australia, Canada and other countries.
My biggest impression is life; I draw from my imagination and fantasy of life. Lines, space and nature are the common focus of my picture.
I was fascinated by drawing and painting from an early age and always loved painting from nature and would like to extend my work in this direction.
