Artist Nicola Harrison

I have always enjoyed all arts since I was a child, I enjoy various styles of music and dance as well as tangible pieces such as drawing and painting. I started drawing portraits in pencil for family and friends when I was still at school and this supplemented my pocket money! I studied art at school but since then I have just developed my skills as a hobby. In the last year or so I have developed my skills in other mediums such as oil paint and photography. I enjoy painting on re-claimed photo frames and sometimes incorporate the frame into the art. My full time job and family keep me busy and my art is my way of relaxing. I will draw or paint almost anything depending on my mood or request and feel that my portfolio reflects this.
