 Hello, my name is Nicola Robinson. I am a new, young, up and coming artist, living in a very artistic village which suits me beautifully as a passion for art runs through my blood. I began drawing and painting from a young age and since can scarcely pickup a pen without doodling or sketching on what ever I can find.
I am extremely passionate about tone, colour and texture. But my real passion is in people, the human form. The way the body moves and feels as it comes to life on a canvas. I believe strongly in capturing the elegance of the figure through my painting.
Though I also enjoy creating narrative, pieces that speak out to the viewer or quaint scenes created from my observation of daily life.
