Artist Oxana Zhevachevskaya

At the age of nine I`m gained entry, to the prestigious Children’s Art School under the tutorage of B. A. Ievlev (member of the “Artist’s Union of Russia”.), where studied Painting, Drawing, Composition, etc. During this time I was a regular contributor to the Municipal Museum “Children’s Picture Gallery” exhibitions. At the age of 17 I have won a place at the University of Architecture where I continued my studies in drawing and painting. Each year since 2000 I have taken part in the annual exhibitions of free artists. In 2004 I moved to Italy to continue my art development particularly impressed by beauty of the surrounding and the opportunity it presents for artistic interpretation. February 2006 I entered in the “Il fiore dell’arte” – artistic and cultural association of Palermo. From February of 2006 till January of 2009 I participated in all collective exhibition of painting and sculpture “I colori dell’ arte” in the ZIZ Gallery of Art, Palermo city. From 2009 I am a member of Colchester Art Society, living in England, enjoying the surrounding landscapes and towns as an unique art subject and participating in various exhibitions.
