My name is Paul Dimoline and I`m hoping to sell these drawings on behalf of a friend of mine who lives in a remote village in northern Ghana. His name is Rashed Anaba though he signs his name on his drawings using the tribal name that his grandmother gave him. There are only a few tourists visit northern Ghana and Rash is struggling to feed his family. Originally Rash did the drawings and also produced some carvings whist his grandmother made and decorated pots. Last year his grandmother became ill and he had to take her to the hospital every day on his bicycle! A round trip of some 8miles! Tragically she died later in the year.
I think he is a talented artist who deserves greater support.
