My aim is to put 'Art In Perspective'. That is to incorporate depth and elevated birds eye vision.
Inspired by Giotto (13th century Italian) the father of 3D art introducing the concept of projection, I plan and plot before painting. This is a masculine approach incorporating technical detail as befits a qualified draughtsman. I am no longer in engineering now free to pursue arts and matters most spiritual.
Many of my creations are akin to what can be conjured in the astral rather than on earth, views simply too amazing to be true. I specialize in glorious vistas some of which are reflected and also enjoy the painting of beautiful architecture.
I am inspired by the beauty of the earth and what man can construct.
I predominantly paint in acrylic ideally suited to ensure vibrance and colour saturation.
