Artist Phyllis Denton

I am a self taught Artist, who began painting at a very young age. During the 1990s my hobby turned into my profession and I became a full time artist. My work has been exhibited and sold at Galleries and Exhibitions throughout the UK and North America. My style is mainly Contemporary/Surreal, and is Acrylic or Oil on block canvas, I also paint in Watercolour. I work from a small studio in my home where I spend many hours. My recent collections have been inspired by dance and movement, the swirling landscape, and the vivid colours of Africa.
