Artist Priya Anagal

I am from India and currently residing in UK. I was born in 1975.I always had a strong fascination for nature and love to explore the different art forms (like the tribal and traditional art) and architectural heritage in India and abroad. These two have been the inspiration for my different artistic creations i.e. embossing paintings, landscape paintings, mural and handicrafts. My work generally portrays nature, architecture and traditions of India. I normally like to paint using different medium and techniques. I was interested in art and design since my childhood. My interest in art persuaded me to complete a Certificate in Interior Designing and Decoration. Being a freelance artist, I sell my work to individual buyers in India and now exhibiting my work here in UK. I use canvas as well as aluminium foil for my paintings. On Canvas I paint using both acrylics and oil colours.
