Artist Ria Flower

Ria studied for her BA (Hons) in Illustration at the Arts Institute at Bournemouth. She has loved art from a young age and her current style of painting has developed since studying on a Foundation course in Plymouth. Inspired by the way light and shade fall onto a figure and an enthusiasm for quality of line, her paintings usually depict an apprehensive individual often in an uncomfortable situation. Ria currently works full-time in a creative environment and paints in her spare time.
