Artist Robyn Leate

I am a self-taught artist in the aboriginal style. I work mainly in acrylics, but for an extra dimension I supplement my work using a variety of mediums, such as indian ink, gouache and even watercolour on occasion. The aim of my work is to capture the wonder (and sometimes the perceived mysticism) of the natural world in a visual way, referencing and building upon the colourful and bewitching art our species has been producing for tens of thousands of years. I have a strong love of nature and I paint with great passion, and hope my artwork will bring as much joy to collectors in its viewing as it has to me in its creation. Enjoy! Robyn
