My paintings explore the quality and texture of paint itself. I am interested in the interaction of colour and composition, and strive to create works that exist in their own right, without describing a subject.

My aim is to create small, beautiful works which sum up the definition of abstraction "the act of considering something as a general quality or characteristic, apart from concrete realities, specific objects, or actual instances". They represent nothing but attractiveness and pleasure for it's own sake.

All my works are small and interchangeable. They work just as well alone or mixed and matched with others from the collection. Several small works can offer great flexibility, according to your mood.
