 When choosing my options at school, I fought to take 3 artistic subjects even though only a maximum of 2 were allowed. I persisted and was able to take my chosen subjects, Graphics, Art and Craft, Design, Technology. Upon leaving school I studied Photography and Printing and then went on to take a regular job to allow me to earn money whilst persuing art in my leisure time. I act upon the urge to paint and generally allow how I feel lead the direction of the work and the colours I choose. When the work is complete I then stand back and find the meaning within the patterns and colours and sometimes I am surprised at how the painting has evolved into what my subconcious has projected. Just like experiencing a dream, my work is a mix of thoughts and expressions from within, displayed on a canvas to share.Artgallery rating
