Sara Banerji

My watercolour paintings are done on site and I have painted almost every place I have ever visited - beaches, mountaintops and the banks of the Ganges. I have painted from moving trains, underwater in the Aegean Sea and standing on a police bollard in the centre of Florence. I also paint in oils and acrylic. I have exhibited in Delhi, Madras, Horsham and Oxford. My nine published novels have inspired my art, and my art has inspired my novels.
