I completed a Foundation Art course at The Central School of Art and Design in 1985 and, despite yearning to study Fine Art, went the more commercial route via a BA Hons in Textile Design from Winchester School of Art in 1988.
Following on from college I worked as a fashion textile designer, selling to many retailers including Top Shop, Burberrys, Marks and Spencer and Laura Ashley.
In the mid 90's I began my Interior Design company, which I still run today. That allowed me to rediscover my love of art by designing and painting murals for some of my clients.
It was only in 2004 that I finally returned to my first love of painting and I intend it to become an increasingly large part of my career.
Over the last few years I have sold a number of works privately but, apart from a couple of small exhibitions, have yet to venture into the world of shows and galleries.
