Sophie Halmshaw

I studied Three Dimensional Design at Manchester Metropolitain University, I relish the challenge of producing good design but my first love is painting. I have worked as a design assistant for the National Youth theatre and as an assistant to a Muralist. I then went on to do my own mural and trompe l'oeil projects. I have been building a body of work in my spare time using acrylic on canvas. My work is inspired by the beauty of the world around us and the play of light upon it.
