Artist Stephen Foster

Both my parents were art students and I have been an antiques dealer since I left school and continue to do this as my living.
I have always painted to please myself but now feel that I have developed a style of painting on box canvases in acrylic medium that is non demanding on the eye with mainly summer themes of sunshine and sea, boats and flags, also poppy fields and ancient standing stones. I am continuing to develop my subject matter and hope to add these to my portfolio in the near future, I am also happy to undertake commissions.
